Terms of service.

Auto Advisor provides an AI operating system and optional consulting for independent auto repair shops, used-car and aftermarket dealerships, and name-brand franchise dealerships. Plans, inclusions, and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Self-serve plans are month-to-month with no contract; you may cancel at any time.

You own the data you put into the platform. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy & Sub-Processors page, and we never use it to train a public AI model. You may export or delete it at any time.

You control each AI agent’s autonomy level (Off / Approve / Auto). In Approve mode the agent proposes and you sign off; in Auto mode it acts within the boundaries you set, with every action signed and logged; actions marked reversible can be undone from the audit trail. You are responsible for the autonomy settings you choose and for reviewing agent actions.

You agree to use the platform lawfully. When using outbound calling or email, you are responsible for obtaining required consent and complying with applicable law (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM). The platform enforces consent and Do-Not-Call gates on calls and unsubscribe handling on email, but lawful use of your contact lists is your responsibility.

Consulting engagements are backed by our 90-Day Performance Guarantee, described on the Pricing page. The guarantee applies to coached engagements, not the self-serve plan.

The platform is provided “as is.” AI outputs may contain errors and are tools to assist your team, not a substitute for professional judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
